NEXT GENERATION DEEP HULL
LONGER RANGE
The Selene 58 Next Generation hull offers three main advantages over the Selene 57. The primary change is the Deep Hull, which lowers the engine for better stability and a reduced shaft angle, improving efficiency. Fuel tanks have increased to 1,400 gallons (5,299 l) for extended range. The deep hull also provides more space in the engine room, commissary, and lazarette, allowing full stand-up access and additional storage. The second improvement is the propeller pocket, which further optimizes the engine shaft angle and accommodates a larger propeller, enhancing the vessel’s efficiency.
MORE STORAGE
The last major change to our Next Generation hull is the Cruisers Stern. This actually adds to the length of the water line, which increases the hull speed and attitude of the vessel. The lazarette, already made larger from the deep hull, is also lengthened inside giving even more space for gear and systems installations. Building on established yacht quality, craftsmanship and seaworthy designs, Selene Yachts is continuing to push their boats in terms of efficiency and seaworthiness.
